We disclose data only to verified suppliers who process it for us under contract, especially providers of website and email hosting, Microsoft cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure — preferably EU data-centre regions) and AI service providers used in delivered solutions. We do not sell data or provide it to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Transfer to third countries

The Controller is established in the United Arab Emirates, for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision. Limited transfers of data outside the EU (for example access to enquiries and contractual communication) take place only to the extent necessary to take steps before entering into a contract and to perform a contract with you or for your benefit (Article 49(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Where possible, we store data with providers using EU data centres and conclude the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with suppliers outside the EU (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR). On request, we will provide more information about the safeguards used.
